Designed by Stokes Architects and MIM Design Interiors this boutique apartment building was built to structural top out by
another builder, before the remainder of the project was awarded to FOURSQ.

 After working closely with the client, their financiers and superintendent, and also undertaking an extensive 6 week audit of the site to determine the exact scope of works required to complete the project, FOURSQ has been engaged under a Construction Management contract to complete the project.

Project value $11 million. Due for completion December 2020
