Essendon Fields Office Building is a 1080m2 building footprint made up of basement level car park, below 5 levels of open
plan office space.
The façade includes a large curtain glass wall with elements of precast and alucobond. The building is neighbouring Essendon Airport and the exclusive Business District of Essendon Fields. A major variation to the project included the late inclusion of a 2,000m2 multi-deck carpark on an adjacent lot.
